Log a meal your way

Take a photo of your meal, or describe it in a few words — typed or dictated — and AI estimates the calories, protein, carbs and fat. Check it, adjust if you need to, and save. Your calories and macros add up on the Today screen as you go.

Goals set from your details

Add your age, height, weight, sex, activity level and whether you want to lose, maintain or gain weight, and the app works out your daily calorie, protein, carb and fat goals. Weight, water and exercise sit alongside, so your whole day is in one place.

Scan a barcode instead

Packaged food has its own shortcut: scan the barcode and the nutrition is looked up in Open Food Facts. No photo, no AI, and free — like entering a meal by hand or re-logging one you have had before.

  • A meal photo with its estimated calories, protein, carbs and fat, ready to check and save.
  • Daily calorie and macro goals worked out from age, height, weight, sex, activity and goal.

Keep the recipe — and share it

Every food you log is saved to your catalogue. Open one and AI writes a recipe for the dish, with a few fun facts and, where it is known, the history behind it.

Share any recipe with a link — along with your photo and, if you add it, the restaurant where you had it and your rating. Your personal details and nutrition numbers are never included.

  • A logged dish in the catalogue, with its photo, a Share recipe button and its nutrition.
  • The same dish showing its history and fun facts.
  • The AI-written recipe for the dish, with ingredients and steps.

  • The Areas to Improve section of the same weekly summary.
  • The end of the summary, with its recommendations and the not-medical-advice notice.
